Dr and staff was wonderful and compassionate with my treatment. I have severe dental anxiety, even with routine cleanings. I never felt tense at like I couldn’t breathe. It went so smoothly I’m in awe! Thank you!

Beyond amazing experience. Dr. Capetillo and his staff knew right off the bat I was terrified and they made it as good as root canals can be but better. So Thankyou again for everything I pray to God I'd never need another one done however if I do I'd Def. Be coming back to you guys

Having a root canal is one of those things that you endure and glad when it is over. If you do have to have one, the staff at Northeastern Ohio Endodontics makes it as pleasant as possible. You are greeted with a smile at front desk and paperwork is quickly dispatched. A small wait in the comfortable waiting room chairs goes by quickly. The exam rooms are well lit and well stocked so there is no in and out searching for things during the procedure. Dr Stabile explained things before he started and after. He and his assistant were professional and kind. Explanations were given for what needed done at home as well as typed instructions for home care that were clear and nice to refer to during the next couple of days. The expertise and kindness of dr and staff will keep me coming back (but I hope I don't have too 😊)

Every one from the receptionist, nurses and the doctor were really nice and professional. The doctor showed me pictures of the bad tooth, he explained eveything that he was doing. They took a lot of pictures and lots of tests to find the bad tooth. The doctor made sure l did not have any pain. Would highly recommend this practice.

I didn't think I'd be able to walk into the door, let alone sit through the entire procedure. I've got a very acute dental phobia, and I'm very sensitive to sensory input. I spent months putting off this appointment, and a week before unable to even sleep. I feel silly that I made myself so sick worrying. Dr. Direnzo, and the entire staff I interacted with, were phenomenal! I never felt judged for the state of my teeth, which were pretty bad after a decade of avoiding the dentist at all costs. I was afraid it was going to be horrifically painful, and was fully convinced I'd be white knuckling the chair for over an hour. I felt one instance of pain, and Dr. Direnzo stopped the second I lifted my hand up from the chair. It can be extremely difficult for me to express myself when I'm afraid, so I feel assured knowing they're watching for cues. I'm really hard to numb, and was afraid with a back lower molar that I'd feel a lot of pain. I felt nothing once he gave me that second shot. What really made me rate this office so highly was how quickly they were able to accomodate me with an unexpected, mild complication. I called early and was seen the same day. I also called after hours a
